Watch for Tesla is a private, local command remote for your Tesla. You choose an explicit command, the app briefly connects to your nearby vehicle over Bluetooth, sends that command, confirms the result, and disconnects. Local only, no Tesla account, no cloud, no background Bluetooth connection.
